Vision
Our vision is to conduct theoretical and practical researches on design methodologies for embedded and cyber-physical systems. Our current research focuses are on, but not limited to:
Design automation and optimization
Task scheduling
High-level synthesis
Approximate computing
Hardware security
Biochip synthesis
Delivery drone routing
Image processing
Security camera systems
Autonomous UAV flight
Behavior analysis for sports

Our laboratory is located in Rohm Plaza Building, Biwako-Kusatsu Campus (BKC), Ritsumeikan University.
Application Information for Foreign Students
We welcome foreign students who want to pursue a master or Ph.D. degree. Ritsumeikan University offers two degree programs:
Degree program offered in Japanese (admission in April)
Degree program offered in English (admission in September)
